Method
  1. Warm martini glass.
  2. Warm mixing glass and heat cubes.
  3. Add ingredients to warm mixing glass.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Strain into warm martini glass.
  6. Serve with polenta on the side.

Sweet Polenta is dainty robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml marsala wine sweet and 30ml zedda piras and best with lunch. Just warm martini glass then warm mixing glass and heat cubes and add ingredients to warm mixing glass. Stir well and strain into warm martini glass and serve with polenta on the side and served in a martini glass at room temperature.
