Method
  1. Warm glass and gruel.
  2. Add shot of rum into glass.
  3. Pour in a little barley syrup.
  4. Stir in the warm gruel.

Surf Lake is dainty light in flavour cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum spiced takamaka and 20ml barley syrup with 240ml gruel wheat and served for or with tiffins. Just warm glass and gruel then add shot of rum into glass and pour in a little barley syrup. Stir in the warm gruel and served in a highball glass warm.
