Built with 30ml vodka reyka and 15ml persimmon juice with 45ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into glass then pour in the vodka and add the soda water. Sprinkle diospyros kaki juice on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
