Summer Delight is drinkable mild cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 45ml raspberry liqueur lejay and 55ml soda water with 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place the ice cubes into glass then add the raspberry liqueur and top with soda water and garnish top with raspberries and served in a highball glass cold.
