Sub Continental is delectable very strong cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin dry 135 east and 30ml vermouth dry with 10ml curry leaf syrup as well as 10ml citron juice including 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just put ice cubes into shaker then add vermouth and lemon juice and add curry syrup and curry leafs to shaker. Quick shake and add gin to shaker and stir and strain into glass and serve with curry puff pastry and garnish with a folded curry leaf and served in a martini glass cold.
