Gin Dry Poor Toms - Poor Toms dry gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in wheat spirit which is then distilled in our little copper still. Youll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple native strawberry gum leaf and chamomile.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Strikes On is delicious full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin dry poor toms and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml pineapple syrup as well as 40ml apple cider including 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just pack ice into glass then pour ingredients over ice and stir a little and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
