Straits Sling is delectable full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 10ml gin hartshorn and 10ml brandy cherry with 10ml benedictine as well as 10ml bitters including 10ml lemon juice also 20ml sugar syrup together with 40ml soda water and 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to glass then spash in bitters and pour in gin brandy and benedictine to glass. Add lemon and sugar syrup and pour soda water into glass and served in a goblet glass cold.
