Rum Coruba - Coruba Jamaica rum takes its inspiration from the traditional dark Planters style rums for which Jamaica is known but this full flavored rum has a smooth finish perfectly topped off with the aromas and flavors of molasses cocoa and caramel.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Maple Syrup - Maple flavor syrup made with maple tree sap.

Straight Brown Derby is fortifying very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml rum coruba and 10ml lime juice with 10ml maple syrup and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add ingredients to mixing glass then stir well and pour into glass and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
