St Croix Crusta is gorgeous very strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml rum st croix and 15ml maraschino liqueur giffard with 10ml bitters dram as well as 15ml lemon juice including 15ml orchard syrup also 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Sugar rum glass and strain into glass and served in a flute glass cold.
