Method - Layered - Cold

Add grenadine to bottom of glass.
Fill glass with ice.
Pour in Arrack.
Top with orange juice.
Garnish with orange.

Sri Lanka Sunrise is energizing average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml arrack rockland and 10ml bubble gum syrup amoretti with 60ml orange juice as well as 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just add grenadine to bottom of glass then fill glass with ice and pour in arrack. Top with orange juice and garnish with orange and served in a highball glass cold.
