Spritzer de Rose is heavenly medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 60ml wine white and 10ml creme de rose with 30ml syphon vichy as well as 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just fill glass with ice then add white wine and add soda water. Add rose liqueur and served in a highball glass cold.
