Spread Collar is delicioso full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 15ml whisky glenfarclas 50year and 15ml feijoa pulp with 70ml sparkling wine white and good with afternoon tea. Just add a little feijoa pulp to glass then oiur in a little whisky and top with sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
