Split Screen is mouth watering full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml strawberry liqueur massenee and 30ml vodka strawberry with 15ml strawberry juice as well as 30ml cream including 100ml ice and had with salad dishes. Just place ice into shaker then add liqueur and juice and quick shake to mix. Strain into cocktail glass and add cream and syrup into used shaker and shake again until lightly thick then strain over top of strawberry mix and served in a saucer glass cold.
