Spanish Coffee is qustosas weak cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 125ml sangria and 10ml coffee brew moccona mocha with 115ml water hot and best when a coffee is needed. Just warm glass then brew coffee and warm sangria and add sangria to glass. Top with hot coffee and no dairy and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and serve with spanish pastry like a xuixo and served in a coffee glass at room temperature.
