Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass, less bitters.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Drizzle bitters on top.

Lime Syrup - Lime syrup is great as an addition to many dessert dishes and as an accompaniment to certain drinks needing a zesty lift.

Tonic Water - Tonic water is a carbonated soft drink in which quinine is dissolved and used as a prophylactic against malaria.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Bitters Grapefruit - Grapefruit Bitters are made from the finest hand selected natural botanical herbs and spices used in a secret recipe.

Sonic Tonic is biting light cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin applewood and 200ml lime juice with 10ml lime syrup as well as 30ml tonic water including 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just add ice to glass then add ingredients to mixing glass, less bitters and stir well. Strain into glass and drizzle bitters on top and served in a martini glass cold.
