Method - Poured - Cold

Add ice to collins glass.
Add shot of vodka.
Pour in lemon soda.
Add baijiu.
Sprinkle grenadine on top.

Baijiu Kweichow 9years - Kweichow Maotaizhens 9 Years Baijiu is made in the Guizhou province of China and an unflavoured moutai baijiu this is made from a combination of wheat and sorghum.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Snow Queen is delightful very strong cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka snow queen and 30ml baijiu kweichow 9years with 30ml lemon soda as well as 10ml grenadine including 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to collins glass then add shot of vodka and pour in lemon soda. Add baijiu and sprinkle grenadine on top and served in a highball glass cold.
