Snake Island is delectable smooth cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka jervis bay distilling and 30ml lemon liqueur with 10ml lemon syrup as well as 180ml tea black and best at tea time. Just warm glass then brew strong black tea and add vodka and liqueur into glass. Pour in a little lemon syrup and stir in strong black tea and serve with tea style biscuits and served in a coffee glass cold.
