Method
  1. Top glass with ice.
  2. Add shot of sloe gin.
  3. Pour in lemon juice and syrup.
  4. Top with soda water.

Sloe Gin Highball is moreish average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin sloe and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml rock candy syrup as well as 50ml soda water including 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just top glass with ice then add shot of sloe gin and pour in lemon juice and syrup. Top with soda water and served in a highball glass cold.
