Method
  1. Decorate inside of bold fashioned glass with grenadine.
  2. Place crushed ice into glass.
  3. Pour in vodka.
  4. Add clear white pepperment liqueur.
  5. Finish by adding apple cider.

Sint Nikolaas is fortifying christmas cocktail quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka newcastle distilling and 15ml peppermint liqueur with 45ml cider as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just decorate inside of bold fashioned glass with grenadine then place crushed ice into glass and pour in vodka. Add clear white pepperment liqueur and finish by adding apple cider and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
