Orange Liqueur

Method - Stirred - Cold

Place the ice into tall glass.
Pour rum into glass.
Add both liqueur and juice.
Top with cherry soda.

Rum Gold Amber - Gold rum also called Amber rum are aged. These gain their dark colour from aging in wooden barrels.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Apricot Liqueur - Apricot liqueur also called Abricotine du Valais is an alcohol flavoured with apricot and comes in a light orange and clean colors.

Simone Latrelle is smaakvolle strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 40ml rum gold amber and 10ml orange liqueur with 10ml apricot liqueur as well as 10ml lime juice including 50ml cherry soda also 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place the ice into tall glass then pour rum into glass and add both liqueur and juice. Top with cherry soda and served in a highball glass cold.
