Method
  1. Warm serving glass.
  2. Brew long light dandelion tea.
  3. Add the akvavit to glass.
  4. Pour in the hot tea.
  5. Stir in the allspice syrup.
  6. Good with a fruit pasty.

Silkeborg is tiltalende light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml akvavit bornholm and 15ml allspice syrup with 205ml tea dandelion and best with morning tea snacks. Just warm serving glass then brew long light dandelion tea and add the akvavit to glass. Pour in the hot tea and stir in the allspice syrup and good with a fruit pasty and served in a coffee glass warm.
