Method
  1. Add half the ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Gently stir.
  4. Pour everything into glass.
  5. Top glass with ice.

Sierra is rico y picante strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml tequila reposado sierra and 15ml fior d alpe with 15ml pineapple juice as well as 40ml soda water including 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
