Shrimp Bisque is tasteful light in flavour cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml whisky saburomaru and 15ml anise liqueur domaine du clos des tourelles with 20ml cream as well as 200ml consomme shrimp and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just warm glass and shrimp consomme then pour whisky and anise liqueur into glass and pour in the warm shrimp consomme. Stir in the cream and splash wasabi bitters on top and served in a coffee glass warm.
