  2. Pour shochu over ice.

Shochu Frappe is comestible heavy cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 60ml shochu takara shuzo and 60ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just fill glass with shaved ice then pour shochu over ice and garnish with yuzu and served in a saucer glass cold.
