Shoaling is thirst quenching watered down cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml amaretto liqueur leroux and 90ml orange juice with 170ml water and served for or with tiffins. Just add shot of amaretto into glass then pour in the orange juice and stir in the water and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
