Built with 60ml sherry sweet and 10ml orange liqueur with 20ml soda water as well as 10ml capillaire syrup including 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just pack ice into glass then add sweet sherry to glass and pour in soda water. Add sugar syrup and pour in orange liqueur and stir a little and splash cordiale de caladon on top and served in a highball glass cold.
