Add poitin to glass.
Add lemon juice.
Top with cold beer.

Poitin - Poitin or potcheen or poteen or potheen is made since the early 17th century and translates as little pot and traditionally made from either potatoes or grain the production of poteen was outlawed in 1661 and remained illegal until the late 1990s.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Beer - Beer is brewed from cereal grains most commonly from malted barley though wheat maize and rice are also used and has an alcohol level between 4 to 6 percent.

Meat Ball Chicken - Chicken Meat Ball is chicken meat minced then formed into a round ball then cooked.

Shee Gaoithe is flavoursome medium cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml poitin and 10ml lemon juice with 250ml beer and best at tea time. Just add poitin to glass then add lemon juice and top with cold beer and good with chicken meat balls and served in a highball glass cold.
