Seville Highball is rich full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml mandarin liqueur teissedre and 10ml pernod with 10ml bitters as well as 50ml lemon soda including 190ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just add ice to glass then add angostura bitters and add pernod. Add mandarine napoleon and top with lemon soda and garnish with a twist of mandarin peel and served in a highball glass cold.
