Sea Story is beguiling weak cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky laphroaig and 10ml sea buckthorn dried with 210ml consomme cockle and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just warm serving glass and consomme then add whisky into glass and sprinkle in the dried sea buckthorn. Stir in the cockle consomme and sprinkle sea salt on top and served in a coffee glass warm.
