Pour the spiced liqueur into glass.
Add in the champagne.
Sprinkle the blue curacao on top.

Scarlett Blue is enjoyable full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Layered with 15ml eau de cordiale liqueur and 60ml champagne with 15ml curacao blue and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just pour the spiced liqueur into glass then add in the champagne and sprinkle the blue curacao on top and served in a flute glass cold.
