Scandinavia Dipper is fortifying dipper watered down cocktail at 0.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 90ml mead cyser and 20ml cream with 100ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and serve on a doily plate and add serve of ginger biscuits for dipping and served in a saucer glass cold.
