Method
  1. Pour white sambuca into glass.
  2. Drop in one anchovy.
  3. Laye in the black sambuca.
  4. Place cooked scallop on top.

Sass is qustoso heavy cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Layered with 20ml sambuca eros and 10ml anchovy with 20ml sambuca black ramazzotti and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just pour white sambuca into glass then drop in one anchovy and laye in the black sambuca. Place cooked scallop on top and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
