Santa Anna is sharp very strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 45ml mezcal delirio de oaxaca and 15ml soda water with 10ml lime juice as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add one and a half nips of mezcal and add lime juice and dash of soda water and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
