Method - Poured - Cold

Make three rolls of smoked salmon.
Add to center of glass.
Pour gin around the edge.
Pour lemon juice over salmon.
Sprinkle capers around the edges.
Add one onion to center of each salmon roll.
Add side serve of pumperniskel bread.
Garnish with quenelle of cream cheese.
