Sake Frappe is nice japanese sake full bodied cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 60ml wine rice sake gekkeikan and 60ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just fill glass with shaved ice then pour sake over ice and add temaki lobster sushi on the side and served in a saucer glass cold.
