Saint Clara is delightful light cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml prickly pear liqueur thatchers and 60ml soda water with 10ml sorghum syrup as well as 190ml ice and best with dessert type dishes. Just add ice to glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and gently dry stir without ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
