  1. Add ice to glass.
  2. Add ice to shaker.
  3. Add all ingredients to shaker less ginger ale.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into glass over ice.

Sailing By is restoring average cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 25ml blueberry liqueur vedrenne and 25ml rum blueberry cruzan with 30ml port as well as 10ml lemon juice including 30ml ginger ale soda also 290ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just add ice to glass then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker less ginger ale. Shake well and strain into glass over ice and served in a goblet glass cold.
