SOS is qustoso average cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Layered with 80ml sparkling wine white and 80ml orange juice with 30ml sambuca lazzaroni and good to have with brunch. Just pour chilled sparkling wine into glass then add in ice cold orange juice and sprinkle the sambuca on top and add the orange wafer biscuits on the side and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
