Russell Square is scrumptious quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin piquant hellfire and 30ml cucumber liqueur with 30ml cucumber juice as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and add salty carrot chips on the side and garnish with cucumber and served in a martini glass cold.
