Method
  1. Warm glass.
  2. Brew coffee.
  3. Add all ingredients to warm glass.
  4. Pour in warm coffee.
  5. Add sugar, milk, cream, etc to taste.
  6. Optimal service temperature would be 60C to 70C or 140F to 158F.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream.

Rumba is delectable mild cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky cream irish kerrygold and 30ml rum dark milton with 190ml coffee brew and best when a coffee is needed. Just warm glass then brew coffee and add all ingredients to warm glass. Pour in warm coffee and add sugar, milk, cream, etc to taste and optimal service temperature would be 60c to 70c or 140f to 158f and garnish with whipped cream and served in a coffee glass warm.
