Rum URSA - URSA Rum Spirit is purest rectified spirit and popular for homemade liquors fruit and herb tinctures and the extraction of essential oils.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Rum URSA is tasty standard cocktail at 2.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum ursa and 30ml lemon juice with 230ml water spring and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add shot of ursa rum to glass then pour in the lemon juice and stir in the water and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
