Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add white and dark rum.
  3. Add soda water.
  4. Add lime and sugar syrup.
  5. Sprinkle bitters on top.
  6. Garnish with swizzle stick.

Rum Swizzle is interagire full bodied cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum double barrel beenleigh and 30ml rum light white buckeye with 10ml bitters as well as 10ml lemon juice including 10ml falernum syrup also 40ml pineapple juice together with 40ml orange juice and 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add white and dark rum and add soda water. Add lime and sugar syrup and sprinkle bitters on top and garnish with swizzle stick and served in a goblet glass cold.
