Rum Shake is zesty quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum fernandes black label and 35ml lime juice with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and shake well. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
