Method - Shaken - Room Temperature

Add pinch of salt ot shaker.
Pour ingredients into shaker.
Quick dry shake without ice.
Fine strain into sherry glass.

Rum And Shrub is delightful very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml rum gold amber rumbar and 10ml lemon juice with 10ml sugar syrup and best with an entree or small snack. Just add pinch of salt ot shaker then pour ingredients into shaker and quick dry shake without ice. Fine strain into sherry glass and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
