Method
  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Drop in sprig of rosemary.
  3. Pour in the rose vermouth.
  4. Light shake.
  5. Pour all into rocks glass.
  6. Top glass with ice.

Rose Vermouth is beguiling average cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml vermouth rose belsazar and 30ml water orange flower with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then drop in sprig of rosemary and pour in the rose vermouth. Light shake and pour all into rocks glass and top glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
