Method
  1. Add ice into shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients into shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Lovely

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Roosevelt is lovely strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 25ml rum citrus cruzan and 25ml gin sloe nonesuch with 20ml lemon juice as well as 20ml grenadine including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice into shaker then add all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
