Method
  1. Place ice into short rocks style glass.
  2. Pour in the short shot of whisky.
  3. Add the lemon soda.
  4. Sprinkle raspberry liqueur on top.

Rocky Red Velvet is rejuvenating robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Layered with 45ml whisky islay mist 10year and 15ml raspberry liqueur scylla with 30ml lemon soda as well as 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into short rocks style glass then pour in the short shot of whisky and add the lemon soda. Sprinkle raspberry liqueur on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
