Rocket Man is delightful full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml orange liqueur grand marnier xo and 15ml bourbon liqueur cream buffalo trace with 15ml cream as well as 40ml custard creme anglaise including 100ml ice and served with sweet dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and emulsify by shaking vigorously. Strain into glass and garnish with candied orange and served in a saucer glass cold.
