Rhubarb Sherbet is drinkbaar light in flavour cocktail at 0.5 standard drinks. Blended with 30ml rhubarb liqueur and 30ml rhubarb syrup with 40ml rhubarb juice as well as 60ml water including 80ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just place ice into cocktail blender then pour all ingredients into blender and blend well until grainy. Pour blended mixture into glass and served in a poco grande glass cold.
