Method - Poured - Cold

Spiral the peel of a whole lemon.
Use peel to rim glass with peel oil.
Hold part of peel outside glass.
Add ice.
Pour gin over ice.
Top with lemon soda.

Just spiral the peel of a whole lemon then use peel to rim glass with peel oil and hold part of peel outside glass. Add ice and pour gin over ice and top with lemon soda and served in a highball glass cold.
